In order to keep BCL running smoothly, financially secure and looking it's best the owners elect a Board of Directors to act and make decisions on thier behalf. The Board consists of five owners that are elected for individual terms at the annual meeting.
The Board has hired a professional association management company to handle the day to day tasks and provide their expertise in helping the Board make legal and ethical decisions. In this instance that company is called Associa.
Associa has a team well versed in everything an HOA needs. The team for BCL is managed by Carolyn Neely. She oversees all the people working on our behalf an oversees all of the vendors that we use. Carolyn is also the person that manages the staff that you speak to as a resident.
You should be contacting Associa for all of your needs, we pay them to make sure your needs are getting taken care of. The Board has scheduled meetings once a month to make decisions and approve large expenses and other things requiring oversight.
