What is the gate code to the pool?

The gate code is provided by Associa when you provide them with your lease or closing documents.

How many parking spaces do I get?

There is no assigned parking in BCL. In some places you may see numbers on the ground, these no longer apply and will eventually be painted over.

What can I throw in the trash?

Only household garbage that can fit in a standard trash bag can be thrown out. All bulky items and cardboard must be brought to the town yard.

Can I make changes to the exterior of my unit?

Any changes to the exterior require approval from the board.

Where do I get a parking pass?

You must bring the required documents to the Associa office.

Can I allow my friends to use the pool or tennis courts?

The owner / tenant must accompany any guests using the facilities.

How do I put in a request for repairs or pest control.

Requests are made through the Townsq app.
