It can be confusing at first, but it's really quite simple. In order to keep BCL running smoothly, financially secure and looking it's best the owners elect a Board of Directors to act and make decisions on thier behalf. The Board consists of five owners that are elected for individual terms at the annual meeting.

The Board has hired a professional association management company to handle the day to day tasks and provide their expertise in helping the Board make legal and ethical decisions. In this instance that company is called Associa.

This website is great but it always tells me to go to Townsq, what is it and do I really need this? The short answer is that it's the official way to communicate with Associa and the Board and for us to communicate with you. The major benefit of Townsq is that it will push notify you of important things if you set it up do so, but it also keeps a permanant record of any communication.

While this website is intended to give you a general overview Townsq will always have the most up to date information. In the event there is conflicting information Townsq takes precedence.
